Itinerary

Arrive in Hanoi, the charming capital of Vietnam. You will be greeted at the airport by our local representative and transferred to your hotel for check-in.


In the evening, enjoy a welcome dinner at a local restaurant featuring authentic Vietnamese cuisine.

Begin your full-day exploration of Hanoi’s rich history and vibrant culture. Visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum Complex, including the Presidential Palace, Ho Chi Minh’s Stilt House, and the One Pillar Pagoda. Continue to the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first university, dating back to the 11th century.

After lunch at a local restaurant, visit the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology (or Fine Arts Museum), then take a leisurely cyclo ride / Electric car through the Old Quarter, famous for its maze of narrow streets and traditional shops.

Stop for a local coffee experience at Hanoi Train Street, where you can watch the train pass just inches away from the charming cafés that line the tracks — a truly unique Hanoi highlight.

End the day with a peaceful stroll around Hoan Kiem Lake and a visit to Ngoc Son Temple.

 

In the evening, enjoy a delicious Vietnamese dinner with authentic local specialties.

Remarks:

  • Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and his Museum are closed on Monday, Friday, and the whole months of Oct/Nov
  • Ho Chi Minh House and all Museums are closed on Monday.

After breakfast at the hotel, 08:00 this morning you are picked up at your hotel then you’re your transfer to Sapa by the new highway road which takes around 5 hours with a short break on the way. 

 

Upon arrival enjoy Lunch at local restaurant (own expense) 

 

In the afternoon, light trek to Cat Cat Village, nestled in the heart of terraced rice fields. Visit traditional handicraft workshops, charming wooden water wheels, and scenic waterfalls — a perfect place to learn about the daily life of the Black H’mong people.

 

Return to Sapa town for some leisure time, exploring local markets or relaxing with the mountain scenery.

 

Free the rest of the day.

This morning, we will start with our Fansipan Mountain Trip: 

Our tour guide will walk together with you to Sun Plaza Station (300m from Sapa Highland Resort & Spa) then get Mountain Train via Muong Hoa Valley to reach to the Fansipan Cable Car Station. From there, we will take a cable car to Fansipan Mountain and conquer the highest mountain in Indochina with the height of 3,143m above sea level. The cable car system is one of the longest in the world 6,292m. Enjoy the panorama view from top, take your time to explore the place, and visit pagoda, temple and coffee shop. 

 

Next, we will take funicular train (one way) to the summit of Fansipan Mountain.

 

Note:  Summit to cable car station, we will have to walk down as funicular train is for elderly

or pregnant women 

 

Back to the central of Sapa, having lunch at local restaurant (own expense) 

 

This afternoon, return to Hanoi by road which takes you another 6 hours.

Breakfast at hotel, around 08:00 AM you will be picked from the hotel to Halong.  

Enjoy the landscape of the countryside and a short break on the way. Embark on the cruise followed by sailing through the stunning limestone karsts of Halong Bay, explore Sung Sot Cave and Luon Cave (with optional kayaking), relax or hike at TiTop Island, and enjoy a canapé party with live music on the sundeck before returning to Hanoi in the evening.

Dinner at a local restaurant before transferring you back to your hotel.
